Welcome to Navigrated, a platform designed to assist international students, professionals, and entrepreneurs in navigating their career and immigration journeys in the UK. Navigrated provides a platform for mentees to connect with industry professionals, mentors, and experts who offer career guidance, advice, and mentoring, particularly for international students and professionals. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

“Platform” refers to the Navigrated website and services.

“User” means anyone who registers and uses the platform.

“Mentor” refers to users who offer mentorship services through the platform.

“Subscription” refers to the paid membership plans available to users.

Eligibility
To use Navigrated, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Mentors must have relevant experience and meet the platform’s eligibility criteria.

Account Registration

Navigrated provides a platform for mentees to connect with industry professionals, mentors, and experts who offer career guidance, advice, and mentoring, particularly for international students and professionals. While anyone can explore our website, accessing the full suite of services requires registration.

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Services
Navigrated offers various subscription plans with different features. Payment is required at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will be provided only in accordance with our refund policy.

Mentorship Services
Mentors set their own rates for services offered on the platform, subject to a 15% commission payable to Navigrated. Users may schedule, reschedule, or cancel sessions through the platform. Navigrated is not responsible for disputes between users and mentors but will facilitate dispute resolution when possible.

User Conduct
We encourage you to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to our services at hello@navigrated.com. Any comments posted on our platform must not infringe on third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights. Comments should be free of unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate material. Misrepresentation of the origin of any content is strictly prohibited, and you are fully responsible for the content you post.

While we strive to present accurate information, especially from third-party sources, we are not responsible for the accuracy of all content provided. Navigrated does not formally endorse or verify each member, mentee, mentor, or other users.  Navigrated is not a party to agreements or arrangements between mentors and mentees, nor do we control the details of interactions or advice exchanged. Users assume responsibility for any reliance on information obtained through our platform, and Navigrated is not liable for any associated loss or damage.

Navigrated reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove inappropriate material and may terminate or restrict access to the platform for violations. Use of the platform for unlawful activities, harassment, or transmission of harmful software is strictly prohibited.

Pricing
Subscriptions are intended for individual use and cannot be shared with others. Sharing Navigrated services with non-registered individuals will lead to the suspension of services. Prices for our services may change at any time without prior notice, and Navigrated is not liable for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of services.

Fees for Mentees
Mentees are responsible for paying the fees associated with their scheduled sessions. Upon booking a session, Navigrated or our authorized payment processor will collect the fees via the provided payment method. Users must provide accurate and current billing information, including email address, credit card number, and expiration date, to complete transactions. If a mentee fails to attend a scheduled session and the mentor is present, the session will be considered completed, and the fee will be charged. Cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled start time will also be treated as completed sessions.

Confidentiality
All mentors on Navigrated are bound by a strict confidentiality agreement. Any personal, business, or sensitive information shared during sessions must remain confidential and cannot be disclosed to any third party without explicit permission from the mentee.

Non-Circumvention
All mentorship sessions must be scheduled through the Navigrated platform. It is a violation of our terms to arrange payments or services outside of Navigrated for connections made through our platform. Mentors are prohibited from sharing any information provided by mentees with third parties without the mentee’s explicit consent.

Refunds
Refunds are available within 7 days of the start of membership, provided that no sessions have been booked, challenges initiated, or direct messaging functions used to solicit advice or connect outside the platform. To request a refund, please email hello@navigrated.com.

Content Ownership and Licensing
Users retain ownership of the content they create and share on the platform but grant Navigrated a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and display this content for promotional purposes.

Confidentiality and Privacy
Navigrated is committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Navigrated provides the platform on an “as is” basis and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided. Navigrated is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Navigrated harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Navigrated reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Community Disclaimer

By participating in Navigrated’s community, you understand and agree that Navigrated does not provide guarantees of job placements, employment outcomes, visa sponsorship, or specific career achievements. Our resources, guidance, and content are informed by proven practices and experiences shared by individuals who have succeeded in similar journeys. However, each individual’s path is unique, and Navigrated cannot ensure any particular results.

Engaging with Navigrated’s community, along with any advice or resources provided, is done at your own discretion and responsibility. Navigrated assumes no liability for any outcomes associated with your participation, including job search results, employment opportunities, or any impacts resulting from the guidance provided.

The data, insights, and information available within our community reflect the accuracy of the time they were published. As circumstances and industry standards evolve, Navigrated does not commit to updating previous content to reflect new developments. To maintain user privacy and confidentiality, pseudonyms may be used in examples or testimonials related to both individuals and organizations.

By continuing to engage with Navigrated’s community, you accept these terms and release Navigrated from liability related to your career progress, job search outcomes, and professional development. Any violation of these Terms of Service (ToS) may lead to immediate termination of access to our services.
